Did someone call Jagga Jasoos jinxed? Heres one more reason why the Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif film just might be so.
We told you, a few hours ago, how the actress is busy juggling the Anurag Basu film and Phantom (Whats keeping Kat busy these days?, June 19).
So Ranbir and Kat were expected to shoot a song for the film in Mumbai yesterday and have been rehearsing for it for the last one week. But the rains that paralysed all of Mumbai, played a spoilsport for them too.
Said a source, “They were to shoot a romantic dance song yesterday evening. But the downpour didnt stop. The set has got ample rain-proofing done. But following the continuous showers, water has entered the set.”
Anurag, who has already faced several delays with his project, had to deal with yet another small setback.
After all, what can he do? All of Mumbai has been rained out today, with severe cases of water-logging across the city. With the island city recording a mind-boggling 300mm of rainfall, the train services were badly hit as was the traffic. Most Mumbaikars chose not to venture out at all.
Looks like our B-town stars too were not spared. Poor Anurag had no option but to schedule the shoot for next week.
